Washington County Supervisors will soon be seeking bids to stabilize a road near the English River. County Engineer David Patterson says 130th street was damaged by the 2008 floods, and is in danger of “sloughing” into the river. Patterson says they are receiving up to 80 thousand dollars in grant money from the Natural Resources Conservation Service for the project. Supervisors are expected to set a bid letting date at tomorrow morning’s meeting.
