Slippery road conditions are being blamed for a head on crash in Keokuk County Monday that sent on person to the hospital. A spokesperson at University of Iowa Hospitals says Heather Snakenberg of Keswick was treated and released. The Iowa State Patrol says Snakenberg was traveling north on V44 when she and a driver traveling in the opposite direction lost control and collided head on. Police say the other motorists, Patrick O’Rourke of North English, refused medical treatment.
