The Sigourney Savage girls basketball team opened with a win over English Valleys. It was a low scoring game with Sigourney winning 32-24. Sigourney Head Coach Jenny Hobbs says four of her starters picked up two fouls in the first quarter so with them on the bench the offense struggled a little.
