The governor’s 10 percent across the board budget cuts are having an impact on two tax credit programs in Washington County. Treasurer Jeff Garrett says they’ll be getting less state funding for the Homestead and Family Farm Credit Reimbursement. He says they’ll be about a 60 thousand dollars reduction. He says the county’s share of that is 18 thousand dollars with the rest of the taxing bodies picking up the difference.
