A Washington based organization designed to help people battling addictions is celebrating its second anniversary. Pastor Daryl Carr with First Baptist Church says Celebrate Recovery is open to anyone. Carr says they’re having a dinner on December 6th within their group. Then on Sunday December 7th they’ll have a celebration during the church’s worship service.
