Two local ISU Extension employees are being recognized with awards from the statewide organization. Gene Mohling, who serves as the regional director of district 15, is being given the Meritorious Service Award. It recognizes meritorious achievements and educational contributions to clientele. Nancy Adrian is the administrative assistant at the Washington County Office. She’s receiving a Pride of the Extension Award. It recognizes an innovative project or effort to meet Extension client needs and consistent demonstration of strong office management skills
