Halloween is this weekend, and there are quite a few events planned in Washington. On Friday children are invited to trick-or-treat at the businesses in the downtown area. After that there’s activities and a haunted house at the YMCA. Then on Saturday the city of Washington’s regular trick-or-treating runs from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.
