Two IMS students will travel to Iowa State University to participate in the All-State Orchestra next month. IMS’s Larry Swartzendruber says sophomore violinists Ting Davidson and Hannah Altmaier were selected to perform after auditioning this past Saturday. Swartzendruber says students were expected to prepare solos and play all musical scales proficiently during the audition. Senior Nicole Hershberger and junior Nicole Yoder also auditioned.
