A former administrator at Sigourney Care Center who’s accused of fraud charges, is now facing disciplinary action. Roger Holdeman is charged with three felony counts of insurance fraud. Court documents allege that Holdeman supplied false information while applying for more than two million dollars in life insurance coverage. The Iowa Board of Nursing Home Administrators has scheduled a hearing for January to determine if his criminal charges will affect his ability to practice.
