Today District/Regional Cross Country meets will be held around the state. At each site, the top three teams will advance to state and the top 10 individuals will head to Fort Dodge on Halloween to compete at state. The Washington Demons will not be running with their conference schools, the Demons are running at the Anamosa site where they will run against Anamosa, Davenport Assumption, Benton Community, Central Clinton Dewitt, Clear Creek Amana, Maquoketa, Marion, Mount Vernon, South Tama, Vinton-Shellsburg and Cedar Rapids Xavier. The other conference schools will run at Knoxville. Class 2A area schools will run at Columbus. In Class 1A, area schools will be running at Wapello.
