Washington Police have made an additional arrest in connection with yesterdays robbery at West Chester Savings Bank. 19 year old Raylon D. Jones of Washington has been charged with first degree robbery. Two Cedar Rapids women 20 year old Verkisha Burns, and 18 year old Katelyn Curtis remain jailed on $25,000 each in relation to the same incident.
