Kalona Residents Mary Leedy (right) and James Graham present a document filled with signatures asking supervisors not to implement a zoning ordinance at the 10-27-09 board meeting.More than 1,200 people have signed a document asking Washington County Supervisors to not implement a zoning ordinance. It was presented during this week’s board meeting. Supervisors have yet to take any formal action on the zoning proposal. They plan to have a work session after their regular meeting on November 10.
