Kalona’s City Council elections this November will feature some familiar faces. City officials say so far they have only had three incumbents file to be on the ballot. David Benttley, Dave Kempf, and Ken Herrington have all filed papers to run again. The deadline to file was last week. There’s is the possibility of write in candidates.
