The process of finding a new home for Washington County’s Communications Center is underway. Minnesota based consultant engineer Leonard Leonard Koehnen is looking at a variety of proposals to recommend what the best fit would be. Koehnen says some important factors identified by the 911 and communications boards include public access, working environment and whether they’ll need to build a new tower.
