Coppock and Wapello photos

Today KCII will post several photos submitted by Lyle Moen, who graciously allowed us to bring them to you. Moen was able to get a ride in an airplane Sunday and document Washington and Louisa Counties’ events.
Construction of a new bridge in Coppock was already underway before the floods came through.
